Showroom for made-to-measure interiors
A showroom as a tool for visualising the customers dream: such was the briefing for the interior/service design project for DEAPLUS. Rethinking the customer journey in order to deliver better assistance on decisions in the creative process, thus creating comfort and trust.

DEAPLUS is a flemish interior and kitchen builder. The company has 5 showrooms all over Flanders and for the renovation of the most central one, MAXIMALdesign was chosen to rethink their showroom envirment into a functional and transparant tool, which a layer of experience based on the craftsmanship and quality they have been offering for many years. With service design principles a new customer journey was designed, guiding the customers through the different steps of making their dreams come true. Company presentation, interior atmospheres, product offerings and a design studio for the customer to visualize and create their wishes were all integrated for a new and complete shopping experience.

Opening expected by the end of the year, and the redesign of the other showrooms will follow in the coming year...
