Creating a new customer experience



ALMA, a very well-known brand of university student-restaurants in Leuven (Belgium), celebrated it’s 50th anniversary with a total restyling. The restaurants were outdated and didn’t appeal anymore to the target group of university students, so the challenge was to create an entire new customer experience and identity.
The project included:
• brand strategy and identity
• customer experience
• interior design of Alma2
• furniture design
• signalization design
The bottomline: increase in turnover of 35% after 1 year
After our rebranding and restyling ALMA2 had a growth in turnover of more than 35%. So they commissioned us to redesign restaurant De Spuye in Heverlee as well.
